People Can Fly is a global video game development studio founded in 2002 and focused on intense shooter and high-octane action games. The studio's portfolio spans from Painkiller, the early indie-era shooter that started its journey, to Bulletstorm, work on the Gears of War franchise, and the released title Outriders. Multiple AAA projects are in simultaneous development, including Maverick with Microsoft, Echo with Krafton, Delta with Sony, and the self-published Lost Rift. The studio also works in virtual reality, with Green Hell VR and TRACKED: Shoot To Survive.

Creative and technical work centres on Unreal Engine, first-person shooter and action game development, VR game development, and AAA production for console and PC. The team numbers more than 400 people, spread across studios in Poland, the United Kingdom, Ireland and North America.

People Can Fly describes game-making as fundamentally about the team, with the best work coming from talented people collaborating without ego. The studio emphasises learning, growing and building something extraordinary together, bound by a shared passion for games that get your heart racing.
