Production costs per AI-generated movie run to $1,000–$3,000, against $100,000–$300,000 for traditional micro dramas made with human actors. Creative work relies on tools including Eleven Labs, Midjourney and other video generation platforms.

Content is distributed through the TrueShort streaming platform, positioned between Netflix and TikTok: premium entertainment quality delivered in mobile-first, short-form episodes. Access is by subscription, at $39.99 a year, $14.99 a month or $6.99 a week. The company has set a target of $10m in annualised revenue by the end of 2026.
