DualEntry, founded in 2024, builds an AI-native ERP platform for finance teams. The software handles multi-entity accounting, multi-currency consolidation, real-time financial reporting and audit readiness on a single customizable platform, and is intended as a replacement for legacy ERP systems dating from the 1990s. The company says it automates most manual finance and accounting tasks - a reduction of 90% - so that companies can scale from mid-market to IPO without adding headcount.

The platform is used by customers ranging from businesses at $5m in annual recurring revenue to companies listed on the NYSE. DualEntry has raised $100m, with backing from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures and Google Ventures.
